From there, we take care of the research, planning, and booking so you don't have to. We handle the details, coordinate with hotels and suppliers, and stay in touch throughout your trip. Think of us as your personal travel partner — someone in your corner who genuinely cares about how the experience unfolds.

Online booking platforms are built for convenience — not for connection. They can't listen to your preferences, anticipate your needs, or advocate for you when something goes wrong.

We bring a human touch that no algorithm can replicate. As Virtuoso-affiliated advisors, we also have access to exclusive hotel benefits, preferred rates, room upgrades, and resort credits that are simply not available when you book direct or through an online travel agency. You often get more value working with us than booking on your own.

We earn a commission through our preferred hotel and supplier partnerships. For more complex itineraries — such as multi-destination trips, group travel, or highly detailed custom planning — a modest planning fee may apply.

We are always upfront about this before any work begins, so there are never any surprises. Our goal is a partnership built on transparency and trust from the very first conversation.

There is no obligation to book — we are happy to answer questions and explore ideas before any commitment is made.

For most international trips, we recommend reaching out at least three to six months in advance. Popular destinations and luxury properties book quickly, and the earlier we begin, the more options we have available to you.

We understand life doesn't always allow for that kind of lead time. If you have a shorter timeline, reach out anyway — we will do everything we can to put together a wonderful experience.

Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips and are happy to walk you through coverage options that make sense for your itinerary and budget.
